How do I make it?
  1. Combine oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl. Season.
  2. Preheat grill, adding asparagus, corn and capsicum strips when hot for 5 minutes.
  3. Add steak to grill, cooking 4 minutes each side for rare, 7 minutes for medium rare or 10 minutes for well done meat.
  4. Serve steak with vegetables and dress with balsamic dressing.
