500 g Beef Mince
2 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 Onion
(Chopped)
40 g Pinenuts
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
(Chopped)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Red Wine
575 g Bolognese Pasta Sauce Jar
400 g Spaghetti
How do I make it?
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, mince and parsley in a bowl, roll into spoon sized balls.
Place onto baking tray and into oven for 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti (fresh 5 minutes, packet according to packet instructions).
Simmer sauce, pine nuts and wine in saucepan adding meatballs to sauce for 3 minutes.
Serve meatballs over spaghetti.
