300 g Salmon Fillet
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 cup Frozen Asian Greens
1 Cucumber
(Finely Sliced)
2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
3 tsp Water
How do I make it?
  1. De-bone fish (if any bones in fillet).
  2. Heat non stick fry pan over medium heat toasting sesame seeds until brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Steam asian greens in either steamer or microwave.
  4. Cook salmon in pan for 3 minutes each side, or until desired. Remove to coo
  5. Break salmon fillets in bowl, adding greens and cucumber.
  6. Combine lime juice, soy, sesame oil and water in bowl.
Serve, adding dressing to salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
