(Crushed)
2 tbsp Korma Curry Paste
440 g Tinned Tomato Puree
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 Fresh Green Chilli
(Sliced, seeded)
300 g Frozen Vegetables
300 g Jasmine Rice
How do I make it?
  1. Heat a large saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add the onion, ginger and curry paste, stirring and cooking for 3 minutes.
  3. Put the rice on, cooking according to packet instructions.
  4. Add the tomato, milk, chilli and vegetables, covering and cooking for 8 minutes.
  5. Add the prawns, season and cover, cooking for another 5 minutes.

Serve the curry atop rice immediately.
