Garlic, Ginger & Mushroom Stirfry

What do I need?
1 Onion
(Diced)
2 tbsp Vegetable Stock
3 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed, diced)
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
(Minced)
1 Red Capsicum
(Sliced)
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
(Sliced)
2 cup Cabbage
(Chopped)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
(Chopped)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
How do I make it?
  1. Heat stock in a large wok over medium heat.
  2. Stirfry onion for 2 minutes, adding capsicum, mushroom and cabbage.
  3. After 2 minutes, add garlic and ginger cooking for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, cooking for another 3 - 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
