What do I need?
- 6 Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 2 Onions
- (Diced)
- ⅓ cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- (Crushed)
- 1 Fresh Green Chilli
- (Sliced, seeded)
How do I make it?
- Combine the sweet chilli, soy and hosin sauces with the honey, sesame oil, garlic and chillis.
- Cut each chicken fillet into 4 pieces.
- Combine chicken and marinade in large bowl; mix well.
- Cover bowl; refrigerate overnight.
- Heat peanut oil in wok or pan, add onions, stir-fry until lightly browned remove from wok.
- Add undrained chicken to wok, simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and mixture thick, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in onions.
Serve with rice or vegetables.
