180 g Penne Pasta
2 tbsp Butter
1 Onion
(Diced)
2 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
350 g Diced Lamb
400 g Tinned Chopped Tomato
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Carrots
(Grated)
520 g Three Cheese Pasta Sauce
2 Eggs
(Lightly beaten)
100 g Cheddar Cheese
(Grated)
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  3. Melt butter in fry pan, saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  4. Add lamb, cook until browned.
  5. Add carrrot, tomatoes and paste, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine pasta sauce and eggs.
  7. Put 1/2 of the pasta in greased casserole dish, sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese.
  8. Spoon in meat mixture then remaining pasta.
  9. Pour over pasta sauce and sprinkle over remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes until cheese is golden.

Serve warm with salad.
