What do I need?
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
3 tbsp Fresh Parsley
(Chopped)
1 Fresh Red Chilli
(Finely sliced)
400 g Tinned Tuna
(Drained)
440 g Tinned Chopped Tomato
500 g Spaghetti
How do I make it?
  1. Place olive oil in a frypan.
  2. Add garlic, parsley and chili if using.
  3. Saute without browning until fragrant.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until thick.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Meanwhile cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender.
  7. Drain and add to tuna mixture.
  8. Stir over medium heat for a few minutes until combined.

Serve immediately.
