2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Kecap Manis
2 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
4 Chicken Breasts
(Sliced thinly)
1 Fresh Red Chilli
(Sliced thinly)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
300 g Bok Choy
(Bulb removed, sliced)
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
(Chopped)
1½ cup Arborio Rice
½ cup Coconut Milk
How do I make it?
  1. Combine maple, sauces, garlic and ginger.
  2. Preheat a grill or pan, adding oil.
  3. Combine chicken and sauce, adding to pan or grill to cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Cook rice according to packet instructions, adding coconut milk to the water to cook with.
  5. Steam bok choy either in steamer or microwave.

Serve cooked chicken with rice, bok choy, chopped coriander and sliced chilli.
