2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
100 g Bacon
(Diced)
1 Onion
(Diced)
1 kg Turkey Mince
1 cup Breadcrumbs
3 tbsp Fresh Parsley
(Chopped)
1 Lemon
(Juiced and zest grated)
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Cranberry Sauce
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Heat oil and saute bacon and onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  4. Place into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.

Serve warm with salad.
