300 mL Vegetable Stock
1 Onion
(Diced)
3 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
400 mL Milk
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Chives
(Chopped)
1 Bread Stick
How do I make it?
  1. Put all the ingredients except the bread into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Cover the mixture in bowl with wrap and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  3. Stir before serving in bowls.
  4. Toast bread.

Top soup with chives and either serve cold or simmer in a saucepan over medium heat for 8 minutes.
