2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Onion
(Diced)
2 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
500 g Beef Mince
2 tbsp Plain Flour
1 cup Beef Stock
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
(Chopped)
1 Carrot
(Grated)
200 g Potato
(Washed and chopped)
100 g Frozen Peas
¼ cup Milk
2 tbsp Fresh Chives
(Chopped)
¼ cup Tasty Cheese
(Grated)
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat, sauteing onion and garlic.
  3. Add mince and stir, browning for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour, gradually adding stock, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, carrot and peas.
  5. Allow to thicken.
  6. Boil or steam potatoes for 15 minutes.
  7. Mash potatoes with milk and chives.
  8. Into an oven proof dish, spoon meat mixture, top with potato and grated tasty cheese.
  9. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Serve warm with a simple side salad.
