800 g Chicken Wings
300 g Chat Potato
(Washed and sliced thinly)
400 g Tinned Chopped Tomato
½ cup Fresh Coriander
1 tsp White Sugar
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Season chicken and potatoes.
  3. Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a roasting dish.
  4. Empty tomatoes over, sprinkle with coriander and sugar.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Serve with a simple green side salad.
