600 g Salmon Fillet
(Diced)
1½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
(Crushed)
2 tbsp All Spice Seasoning
⅓ cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
300 g Jasmine Rice
100 g Snowpeas
1 Roma Tomato
(Diced)
1 Lemon
(Quartered)
How do I make it?
  1. Cook rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Combine the diced salmon together with the grushed garlic, spice and half the sweet chilli sauce.
  3. Place the oil into a heated pan over medium and add salmon mixture.
  4. Grill until just cooked (approximately 5 minutes).

Serve salmon atop of rice with snow peas and tomato, a squeeze of lemon juice over and remaining sweet chilli sauce.
