(Diced)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Five Spice
1½ L Chicken Stock
200 g Ramen Noodles
100 g Button Mushrooms
(Halved)
2 tbsp Miso Paste
2 cup Frozen Asian Greens
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Spring Onions
(Chopped)
How do I make it?
  1. Heat pan over medium heat with oil.
  2. Add chicken and five spice, cooking for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Into a large pan, bring stock to the boil.
  5. Add noodles, mushrooms, miso paste, asian greens and soy sauce.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve mixture into bowls with chopped spring onions.
