Family loved it. I doubled the chicken but kept the curry paste amount the same as our 2 yr old doesn't enjoy too much spice. Also added some sweet chilli to the mix as suggested above. Also added some boiling water to dilute stock and to cater for extra chicken and added Ramen noodles at step 7. I wouldn't use frozen vegies next time, just throw in some snow peas or similar fresh vegies at step 6. But a great quick, easy and tasty recipe thanks!

I found the chicken dumplings to be a little flavourless. I suggest adding half a cup of spring onions, a big splash of Soy Sauce, and a splat of sweet chilli sauce before mixing the balls.
I will be doing this again though.

Easy, tasty recipe. I doubled amount of Chicken and vegetables in the recipe as I had the extra chicken to use. I think it would be a good idea to serve with rice or noodles as it wasn't very filling as a main meal alone. I will be cooking it again this week- YUM.

This is a great recipe - very quick and easy to prepare. I added an extra 500ml of boiling water to dilute the stock at step 5 and substituted the coriander for thai basil (only bacuase I was out of coriander). I also addeed noodles towards the end. A recipe I'll be cooking again
A hot mixture of green chillies, corriander and spices, recommended to use sparingly if never tasted before!
