150 g Bacon
(Fat trimmed, sliced)
1 Red Onion
(Sliced)
2 Eggs
2 Pizza Bases
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
3 tbsp Fresh Parsley
(Chopped)
200 g Mozzarella Cheese
(Grated)
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How do I make it?
Pre-heat oven to 220C.
Fry bacon and eggs in non stick fry pan over medium heat until crispy.
Oil pizza bases and cook pizza on baking tray for 8 minutes in oven.
Remove from oven, spreading tomato paste over pizza.
Add bacon, onion, egg, parsley and mozzarella.
Bake pizza base and toppings for 15 minutes in oven.
Serve.
