200 g Smoked Salmon
(Sliced into small chunks)
2 Pizza Bases
200 g Napoli Pasta Sauce Jar
120 g Brie Cheese
(Thinly sliced)
3 tbsp Sour Cream
3 Spring Onions
(Chopped)
1 tbsp Capers
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How do I make it?
  1. Pre-heat oven to 220C.
  2. Cook pizza bases for 8 minutes on a lightly oiled tray.
  3. Spoon napoli sauce over base.
  4. Arrange smoked salmon and brie on pizza base.
  5. Top with onions, capers and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and spoon dollops of sour cream on the pizza base.
