What do I need?
600 g Salmon Fillet
100 mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
100 g Green Beans
(Ends top and tailed)
300 g Hokkien Thin Noodles
3 Spring Onions
(Sliced thinly)
¼ cup Lime Juice
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
(Grated)
1 Fresh Red Chilli
(Deseeded and thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
(Chopped)
How do I make it?

For the dressing:

  1. Combine lime juice, soy, 1/4 cup of oil, ginger, sesame seeds, chilli and coriander leaves.

For the salmon:

  1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
  2. Steam beans in steamer or microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat in fry pan.
  4. Add the salmon portions and cook for approximately 4 minutes either side.
  5. Place 60ml of dressing into the pan with salmon. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve.
