What do I need?
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- (Sliced)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 Fresh Red Chilli
- (Sliced)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 g Snowpeas
- 200 g Asparagus
- 1 Red Onion
- (Sliced)
- 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 3 tbsp Fresh Mint
How do I make it?
For the dressing:
- Combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chilli in a small bowl.
For the chicken:
- In a pan over medium heat, add sliced chicken, oil, peas, asparagus and onion and cook for 6 minutes.
- Serve by adding herbs and combine with dressing.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
