250 g Frozen Peas
150 g Asparagus
(Ends trimmed)
400 g Beef Mince
2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Fresh Basil
(Chopped)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup Farfelle Pasta
How do I make it?
  1. Cook vegetables in boiling water and drain.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water according to instructions.
  3. Mix together mince, half of the peas, chilli and basil, shaping into balls and pressing flat.
  4. Heat oil in pan over high and cook patties for approx 4 minutes each side.
  5. Combine pasta, remaining peas, asparagus and top with patties.
