(Fat Trimmed)
¼ cup Sesame Seeds
2 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
(Grated)
¼ cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Mirin
3 Spring Onions
(Chopped)
¼ cup Water
How do I make it?
  1. Toast sesame seeds in dry pan over medium heat.
  2. Grind half the seeds into powder and keep half aside.
  3. Combine powdered sesame with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil, mirin, seasoning and water.
  4. Slice 5 mm cuts into chicken and add to marinade.
  5. Heat grill or pan, cooking chicken for approximately 6 minutes each side.
  6. Serve with sliced spring onions and remaining sesame seeds.
