What do I need?
- 400 g Salmon Fillet
- (Minced or chopped)
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Egg
- 16 Cannelloni Tubes
- 375 g Tinned Tomato Puree
- 120 mL Vegetable Stock
- 3 tbsp Fresh Basil
- (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Grease baking dish with oil.
- Mince salmon, egg & sour cream in food proccessor. Season.
- Pipe or spoon mixture into cannelloni tubes and place into dish.
- Mix
tomato puree and vegetable stock together. - Pour over cannelloni mixture.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve cannelloni with tomato sauce on top and fresh basil.
