2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 Egg
16 Cannelloni Tubes
375 g Tinned Tomato Puree
120 mL Vegetable Stock
3 tbsp Fresh Basil
(Chopped)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Grease baking dish with oil.
  3. Mince salmon, egg & sour cream in food proccessor. Season.
  4. Pipe or spoon mixture into cannelloni tubes and place into dish.
  5. Mix tomato puree and vegetable stock together.
  6. Pour over cannelloni mixture.
  7. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve cannelloni with tomato sauce on top and fresh basil.
