1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
350 g Salami
(Thinly sliced)
250 g Cherry Tomatoes
(Halved)
½ cup Cheddar Cheese
(Grated)
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
(Chopped)
How do I make it?
  1. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add salami, cooking for 4 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Drain pasta and return to saucepan over low heat.
  6. Add salami mixture, cheese and parsley.
  7. Toss until well combined.
  8. Season and serve.
