450 g Tinned Tuna
300 mL Cream
3 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
2 tbsp Capers
(Rinsed)
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Lemon Rind
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
300 g Macaroni
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  3. Drain and place into baking dish.
  4. Simmer cream, garlic and tuna in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add capers and season.
  6. Add cream mixture to pasta, topping with breadcrumbs, rind and parsley.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
