Baking this seemed to dry it out. Flavors were nice though and kids went for seconds. Will maybe add cheese to the top next time and maybe some milk or extra cream.

This was pretty tasty and easy but a bit dry (even though I put cheese on top!). Next time I'll try with twice the amount of cream.

This is really good! Really easy to make and my partner wanted it again! Could work well enough with veges added in or on the side to pad it out a bit.

The simple and unpretentious flavours in this recipe work well together. A very easy and family friendly meal. Also works for lunch the next day.
Garlic is the cornerstone of great cooking. It brings out natural flavours and adds character to a dish.
To buy the best garlic:
> Garlic should feel firm.
> Look for garlic cloves that are plump with unbroken skin.
> Avoid garlic that is sprouting.
To store your garlic in the best conditions:
> Garlic can keep from a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on storage.
> For best results store in a loosely covered container in a cool dark place.
> Breaking the head will dramatically reduce garlic shelf life.
> Never store garlic in oil at room temperature – it can cause a poisonous reaction.
Capers
From the flower buds of the caper bush, these salty berries are a fantastic addition to fish dishes and salads as well as pasta. Wash before use.
Parsley
Commonly used as a herb to enhance flavours of sauces and stews, parsley is also a great added crunch to salads in whole sprigs.
