1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.
  3. Combine pasta sauce, salmon, capers and cooked pasta into a baking dish.
  4. Top with ricotta and mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with chopped parsley.
