2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
(Crushed)
60 g Bacon
(Chopped)
600 g Beef Mince
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg
(Whisked)
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
60 g Parmesan Cheese
How do I make it?
  1. Preheat oven to 180C, line base of baking dish (at least 5cm deep) with baking paper.
  2. Heat oil in pan, adding oinion, garlic and bacon. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Combine mince, bacon, tomato sauce, worcestershire, egg, breadcrumbs and parsley in bowl, season.
  4. Place mixture into baking dish, topping with cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, stand for 5 minutes.
