250 g Beef Mince
2 tbsp Fresh Oregano
2 tbsp Fresh Basil
500 g Bolognese Pasta Sauce Jar
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
6 Lasagne Sheets
1 Zucchini
(Sliced)
1 Green Capsicum
(Sliced)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Onion
(Sliced Thin)
80 g Baby Spinach Leaves
(Chopped)
How do I make it?
  1. Heat oil in pan, browning onion, beef, adding basil and oregano.
  2. Season and add pasta sauce, simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Combine cheeses together in seperate bowl.
  4. In a baking tray, layer ingredients with lasagne sheet, sauce, sheet, cheese and spinach, zucchini and capsicum, sheet and repeat sauce over again.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 200C covered, then uncover and cook for 5 minutes further.
  6. Serve.
